Why the heck is there a separate (and secret) username and password instead of just taking the same credentials as the health plan website that links me here?

I can't log in using correct username and password.
Quick, easy app to check balance, upload receipts!
Could not log in. Uninstalled. Why do I need a separate app to see my HSA balance? This should be on the same app as my ID cards.
Garbage app. Can't log in.
Had same problem as other users, used the website where it said username is last name first name a D.O.B. in DDMMYY format and password is zip code. Hit forgot user name and was able to get logged in from there. the username had middle initial in it as well. Will use it and update review
